We truly can't wait to hear from you! Once we receive the inquiry about your desired project we will share our Welcome Email with you. In this email we will outline some key details and information about your project we need to gather from you that is necessary for us to put together some rough numbers.
Once we receive the requested information outlined in our Welcome Email, you will receive our preliminary budget projections to review. If these figures align with your personal budget goals, this will bring us to our next phase.
The initial complementary on-site visit will be scheduled to meet you and explore your desired project. During this initial visit our team will go over every detail for your specific project while taking pictures and measurements in correlation with the space. If an architect and/or engineer will be necessary for the project, those recommendations will be made during our visit as well. Upon conclusion of this visit we will share with you our Pre-Construction Services Agreement to sign which will allow us to start creating your estimate. Note: The Pre-Construction Service Agreement is NOT the final construction contract but rather an outline of fees associated with services provided before construction begins as well as while construction takes place that are not included in our estimates.
Within 7 business days after the initial on-site visit and the signing of the Pre-Construction Services Agreement, you will receive our final estimate for review along with our Construction Contract that breaks down our progress payments for the duration of your project.
Once we receive back our signed Construction Contract and collect the first progress payment, we then will move forward with the permitting process. Generally the turn around time is approximately 2 weeks before construction can begin.
